Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.20 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd at its Meeting held today has approved the recommendation of dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share of face value of Rs. 1 (20%). The Dividend on Equity Shares, on approval at the Annual General Meeting is expected to be credited / dispatched to the Members around 1st week of October, 2021.
