SKF India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 14.50

The Board of Directors of SKF India Ltd at its meeting held today, decided to recommend to the members final dividend of Rs. 14.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 which shall be paid/dispatched Within thirty days from the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), if declared and approved by the members at the AGM.

Shares of SKF India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2303.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2307.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1896 in over 334 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2369.05 and intraday low of 2300. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4413933.
