Shipping Corporation of India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of directors of Shipping Corporation of India Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.25/- per equity share of face value of RS.10 each i.e., 2.5% per share subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.

Shares of SHIPPING CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.115.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1044815 in over 4261 trades.
