Bansal Roofing Products Limited board to increase authorized share capital, to issue bonus shares

The Board of the Directors of Bansal Roofing Products Limited, subject to the approval of shareholders at Annual General Meeting, decided to increase authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 10 crore to Rs. 15 Crores and to issue Bonus shares.

The Board of Directors of the company proposes to issue the shares by way of Bonus to existing shareholders of the company who will be present as on record date subject to the approval of shareholders at Annual General Meeting.
