Eimco Elecon (India) Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Eimco Elecon (India) Ltd at its meeting held today, considered and recommended a dividend of 50% (Rs. 5/- per equity share) on 5768385 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of AGM.
