Sonata Software Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited held today, the Board, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 10/- per Equity share (1000% on par value Re. 1/-) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 and the Final Dividend is payable subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders, will be dispatched / credited within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
