Voltas Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 5 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Voltas Ltd at its Meeting held today, have recommended Dividend of Rs.5 per share on face value of Re. 1 per share (500%) for the year 2020-21 which shall be subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 67th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 2.15 p.m.

Shares of VOLTAS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1010.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 968.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 300356 in over 6062 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1015.95 and intraday low of 962.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 298283640.
