Dai-Ichi Karkaria Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Dai-Ichi Karkaria Limited, at its meeting held on 10th May, 2021, has recommended dividend of 30% i.e. Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 10/Ͳeach for the year ended March 31, 2021, which shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), subject to approval of members. The date of AGM will be intimated in due course of time.
