Delta Corp Ltd says casinos in North Goa to remain closed until May 24, 2021

Due to a surge in COVID-19 cases being witnessed in Goa, the office of the District Magistrate, North Goa has extended the lockdown and directed that casinos in North Goa shall remain closed until 7.00 a.m. on May 24, 2021.

Accordingly, the casinos operated by the Company and its subsidiaries in Goa will remain closed during this period. The company is unable to estimate the quantum of potential losses on account of this temporary closure and the pandemic at this time.

Shares of DELTA CORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.146.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 157970 in over 2461 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 149.75 and intraday low of 146.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23285500.
