Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd at their meeting held on May 08, 2021 through Video Conference, recommended payment of Dividend of Rs 2.50 per Equity Share of Rs 2 each, for the financial year 2020-21 for approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 24, 2021, will be paid on or after July 26, 2021.
