Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited at their meeting held today have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Re.0.70/- per equity share (35% per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each) for the year ended 31st March, 2021 out of the profits of the Company.

The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of annual general meeting (i.e. on or before 28th August, 2021), upon approval by the shareholders at the ensuing 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Shares of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.569.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 580.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 141336 in over 3168 trades.
