Beardsell Ltd Board approves Rights Issue of equity shares

The Board of Directors of Beardsell Ltd in their Meeting held on May 07, 2021, have discussed and approved the proposal to raise funds subject to receipt of necessary approvals, as applicable, by way of issue of equity shares of the company to its eligible shareholders on a right basis ('Rights issue') on a ratio of one share for every three shares held in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, and other applicable laws. The Quantum and price will be decided by the Rights Issue Committee and will be announced accordingly.

Shares of Beardsell Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.99 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.19. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45409 in over 257 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.37 and intraday low of 13.83. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 649714.
