Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd at its meeting held on May 07, 2021, have recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 4 plus a Silver Jubilee Special Dividend of Re.1 totalling to a Dividend of Rs. 5 per Equity Share of Rs.10 each for the financial year 2020-21.

The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 20, 2021, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source by July 26, 2021, subject to there being no constraints due to the ongoing pandemic.
