Apcotex Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Apcotex Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on 6th May 2021, approved and recommended payment of final Dividend @ Rs.2/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting.
