Oracle Financial Services Software Limited board approves interim dividend of Rs. 200 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited at its meeting held today, have approved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 of Rs. 200 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The board has fixed Tuesday, May 18, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend.

The board decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, June 3, 2021 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at close of business on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

Shares of ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3543.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3474.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7830 in over 654 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3567.6 and intraday low of 3497.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27696356.
