Shalby Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Shalby Ltd at its meeting held on May 05, 2021, have recommended to the members a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 (i.e. 10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The final dividend amount will be paid subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing 17th Annual General meeting of the Company.
