Adani Enterprises Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Adani Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held on May 05, 2021, has recommended Dividend of Re. 1.00 (@ 100%) for the Financial Year 2020-21 per Equity Share having face value of Re. 1 each, fully paid up, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company.

The Company will announce in due course the date on which it will hold Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 and the date from which dividend will be paid or demand drafts / warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders.

Shares of ADANI ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1262.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1255.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 711456 in over 18826 trades.
