Shalby Ltd arm to acquire 100% in Shalby Advanced Technologies Inc

Mars Medical Devices Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has agreed to acquire 100% equity shares capital of Shalby Advanced Technologies Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA based on Common Stock Purchase Agreement and thereby it became step-down subsidiary of Shalby Limited.

Shares of Shalby Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.133.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 146678 in over 2465 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 138.4 and intraday low of 129.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19850641.
