UGRO Capital Limited announces resignation of CEO

Mr. Abhijit Ghosh, Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer, (DIN: 07935397) has resigned from the services of UGRO Capital Limited and as member of the Board with effect from 30th April, 2021 for better career prospects.

The Board of Directors, today, by way of a circular resolution has considered and noted his resignation. He shall continue to serve the Company with full responsibilities during his notice period in the interim for the smooth transition.

U GRO as an organisation today employs ~400 people. Company has presence in 34 locations across India and are in process of expanding to 85 locations. The Company has a strong leadership team and an extremely able executive committee led by Mr. Shachindra Nath, Executive Chairman & Managing Director.

The Board places on record their sincere appreciation for the excellent work done by Mr. Ghosh during his association with the Company and wishes him the very best in all his future endeavours.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.105.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 103.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1536 in over 55 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 107.9 and intraday low of 101.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 159242.
