Titan Company Limited Board recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Titan Company Limited at its meeting held on April 29, 2021, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 4 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched on or after the seventh day from the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
