Cigniti Technologies Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of M/s. Cigniti Technologies Limited at their meeting held today have recommended a final dividend of Rs.2.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.

The record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and final dividend is May 28, 2021. The dividend will be paid on June 11, 2021.
