VTM Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of VTM Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2021, have declared a dividend of Rs. 0.60 (Sixty Paise only) per equity share of Re.1/- each, for the financial year 2020-21, subject to members approval at the ensuing AGM.

The Annual General Meeting is fixed on June 23, 2021.

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before July 15, 2021.

Shares of VTM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.23.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20099 in over 52 trades.
