KPIT Technologies Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of KPIT Technologies Ltd, at its meeting held through video conferencing concluded today, has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend at Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (15%) for FY 2020-21, subject to declaration of the same by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled on August 25, 2021. The dividend, if declared by the members at the AGM will be paid on or before September 23, 2021.

Shares of KPIT Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 194.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 197.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 59,914 and the deliverable quantity was 29,262.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 200.45 and intraday low of Rs. 193.50.
