Avantel Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors of Avantel Ltd at its meeting held today have recommended Dividend of Rs.4/- per Share on the face Value of Rs.10/- per Share. The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, shall be paid to the Shareholders appearing in the register of members as on 28.05.2021.

The Register of members and the Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from 29th day of May, 2021 to 5th day of June, 2021 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the company for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 05.06.2021.

Shares of AVANTEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.445.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 443.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14257 in over 359 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 459.95 and intraday low of 435. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6381886.
