Sasken Technologies Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Sasken Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, April 22, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs.15 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board had earlier declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.10 per equity share (100%) in October 2020.

Shares of Sasken Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.970 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 946.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7423 in over 923 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 993.1 and intraday low of 947.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7268493.
