Quick Heal Technologies Ltd fixes May 3, 2021 as record date for Buy Back

The Board of Directors of Quick Heal Technologies Ltd had earlier approved the buyback of equity shares by the Company, and the shareholders have approved the buyback of equity shares by the Company.

The Buyback Committee of the Company vide circular resolution has fixed Friday, May 3, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity Shareholders who shall be eligible to participate in the Buyback of the Company.

Shares of Quick Heal Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.191.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 188.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7791 in over 380 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 191.65 and intraday low of 188.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1482808.
