Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd board to consider final dividend, FY21 results on May 3, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd will be held on May 03, 2021, to consider and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2021.

The board will consider recommendation of Final Dividend on the Equity Shares, if any.
