WeP Solutions Ltd rights issue to close today

The Rights Issue of WeP Solutions Limited ("the Company") which opened on Wednesday, 24th March 2021 for subscription is closing today i.e. Monday, 19th April 2021.

The company's rights issue of 98,68,640 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cast at par aggregating to RS. 986.86 Lakhs to the existing equity shareholders of the company on rights basis in the ratio of 3 equity shares for every 8 fully paid equity shares held by the existing shareholders on the record date i.e., on March 12, 2021.

Shares of WEP SOLUTIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.16.06 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.68. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11155 in over 45 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16.07 and intraday low of 14.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 172850.
