PNB Housing Finance Ltd board to consider FY21 results, dividend and NCD issue on April 27, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of PNB Housing Finance Ltd is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 to consider and take on record / approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-21 and issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company.
