At the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Waa Solar Ltd held on March 27, 2021, Members have passed Resolution approving Bonus Issue of Equity shares in the ratio of 1 Equity Shares of Re.10/- each for every 1 Equity share of Rs.10/- each.

The Company has fixed the 23rd April, 2021 as record date.
