Amarjothi Spinning Mills Limited board approves purchase of land

The Board of Directors of Amarjothi Spinning Mills Limited at their meeting held today i.e. April 15, 2021 have accorded their approval for the purchase of land admeasuring 3 acres and 88.50 Cents from M/s. Jaichander Wind Farms Private Limited for an overall consideration of Rs.15,62,000/-.

Shares of AMARJOTHI SPINNING MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.100.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 100.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1021 in over 27 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 101.35 and intraday low of 97. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 101532.
