IT People to appoint agencies for proposed public issue

IT People India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 12, 2006, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Lead Managers, Registrars for the said proposed public issue and other agencies.

The promoter M/s IT People Pvt Ltd, has intimated to the Company about their intention of opting for non conversion of 5% 7,50,000 Bonds issued and allotted on February 24, 2006 as Redeemable Optionally Convertible Bonds (ROCB) vide their letter dated September 30, 2006, and the Board took note of the same.
