Adani Road Transport Limited ("ARTL"), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has incorporated a WOS namely, "Badakumari Karki Road Private Limited" on 12th April, 2021 to carry out the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the project - "Development of Six Lane Badakumari - Karki Section of NH-130-CD Road from km 179+000 to km 226+500 under Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor in the State of Odisha on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package - 0D-3)" and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard.
