Muthoot Finance Ltd 25th Public Issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures Oversubscribed on Day 1

Muthoot Finance Ltd. 25th Public Issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) of Rs.1700crs which opened today got oversubscribed on first day itself. As per the data available on the BSE on April 08,2021 at 5pm, against an issue size of Rs.1700crs, bids were made for Rs.2337crs. This was the first NCD Public Issue after Company's credit rating got upgraded to AA+ by CRISIL and ICRA.

Shares of MUTHOOT FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1238 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1204.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 119315 in over 2319 trades.
