Tech Mahindra Ltd oard to consider Q4, FY21 results on April 26, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, 26th April, 2021 & Tuesday, 27th April, 2021, to consider and approve, the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021 and the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021.

The board will consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021.

The financial results shall be considered and declared on 26th April, 2021.
