Tasty Bite Eatables Limited board to consider Q4, FY21 results, dividend on May 15, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tasty Bite Eatables Limited is scheduled to be held on May 15, 2021 primarily to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will also consider proposal to recommend dividend, if any.
