NHAI to pay termination amount of Rs. 584.21 crores to Sai Maatarini Tollways Ltd

M/s. Sai Maatarini Tollways Limited (SMTL), wholly owned subsidiary of Gayatri Highways Limited & National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has been in the process of resolving the dispute relating to Termination payment through the Conciliation Mechanism constituted by NHAI, as the conciliation route ensures amicable settlement of claims in a faster, fairer and transparent manner.

Further, NHAT has calculated an amount of Rs. 584.21 Crores towards Termination payment of M/s. Sai Maatarini Tollways Limited (SMTL) and released an amount of Rs. 346.05 Crores to M/s. Sai Maatarini Tollways Limited (SMTL). The above said amount has been shared by consortium Lenders among themselves.

Shares of Gayatri Highways Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.0.61 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 0.63. The total number of shares traded during the day was 68761 in over 27 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 0.63 and intraday low of 0.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 42743.
