Goldiam International Limited divests stake in Sunshine Exports HK Limited

Goldiam International Limited has divested its entire shareholding in Sunshine Exports HK Limited ("SEHK") (Formerly known as Goldiam HK Limited), a joint venture of the Company, in favour of Messrs Sunshine Corporation on March 30, 2021. Consequent to the above, Sunshine Exports HK Limited has ceased to be the Company's joint venture company.

The aggregate consideration received by the Company for divestment of the Company's shareholding in SEHK in favour of Messrs Sunshine Corporation is Rs. 1,10,412/-.

Shares of GOLDIAM INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.341.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 332.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7774 in over 382 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 345.8 and intraday low of 336.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2657390.
