Indsoya Ltd board to consider stock split

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Indsoya Ltd is scheduled to be held on April 22, 2021, to consider sub-division of equity shares of the Company in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors.

The board will also consider alteration of Authorised Share Capital Clause of the Company.
