Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd board to consider Q4, FY21 results, dividend on April 28, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd is scheduled on 28/04/2021, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2021 and recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2020-21.

The Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 1st April, 2021 to 30th April, 2021 (both days inclusive).
