Ravindra Energy Ltd approves allotment of 73 lakh CCDs

The Board of Directors of Ravindra Energy Ltd have approved allotment of 73,00,000 (Seventy Three Lakhs) 9% Unrated Unlisted Unsecured Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCD) of the face value of Rs. 75/- per CCD, aggregating to Rs. 54,75,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Four Crores Seventy Five Lakhs only) on preferential basis to Khandepar Investments Private Limited (Promoter) - 57,33,333 CCDs, Dr. Shailesh Rojekar (Public) - 15,66,667 CCDs, on the terms of issue as approved by the members of the Company in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 30, 2021.

Shares of Ravindra Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.33.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4287 in over 23 trades.
