Britannia Industries Ltd board to consider interim dividend on April 2, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Britannia Industries Ltd is scheduled on 02/04/2021, to consider and approve the payment of interim dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 to the equity shareholders of the Company.

The interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, 10th April, 2021 which is the 'Record Date' fixed by the Company for the purpose.
