The Investment and Borrowing Committee of UGRO Capital Limited has approved allotment of 2500 Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Non-Convertibles Debentures ('NCDs') having face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 25 Crores on a Private Placement basis.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.125 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 120.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3839 in over 72 trades.
