Prime Fresh Ltd Board approves 2:1 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Prime Fresh Ltd at its meeting held on March 26, 2021, inter alia, has considered, discussed and approved the proposal of Bonus issue of Equity shares in the ratio of 2 i.e., (Two) Bonus Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, held by the shareholders in accordance with Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of members of the Company.
