Bajaj Finserv Limited board to approve FY2021 results, dividend on April 28, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv Limited is scheduled on Wednesday, 28 April 2021 to consider and approve, the audited financial results of the company for the financial year ending 31 March 2021 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2021.
