Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd board approves revised project cost

The Board of Directors of Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd. at its meeting held on March 18, 2021 has approved the revised project cost and the funding plan relating to the green field project under its wholly owned subsidiary, Ultramarine Specialty Chemicals Limited for manufacturing Pigments at Industrial Park - Naidupet, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh. The revised cost considers both escalation in prices and changes in process equipment.

The capacity is to be added in a phased manner starting from July, 2021 to April, 2022.

Shares of ULTRAMARINE & PIGMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.317.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 316.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46013 in over 1054 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 329.85 and intraday low of 315. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14877081.
