Somany Ceramics Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 2.40

The Board of Directors of Somany Ceramics Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, the 17th March, 2021 has declared Interim dividend @120% i.e. Rs. 2.40/- (Rupees Two and Forty Paise Only) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The Company has fixed Thursday, the 25th March, 2021 as record date for determining the entitlement of Equity Shareholders to receive Interim Dividend.
