Atul Ltd forms Atul Lifescience Ltd

Atul Ltd has formed Atul Lifescience Ltd (ALSL) as a Wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Subject to required approvals, ALSL will undertake new project of around Rs. 104 cr by a combination of debt and capital for API intermediates.

Shares of ATUL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.7050 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6903.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1151 in over 460 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7120 and intraday low of 6835.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8078205.
