Rossell India Ltd has sold Bokakhat Tea Estates

The Board of directors of Rossell India Ltd at its Meeting held on 11th March, 2021, decided to sell and dispose of its smallest property of the Tea business, Bokakhat Tea Estates (the said Tea Estate), situated at P.O. Golaghat, Dist. Jorhat, Assam, having the production base of about 4.80 lakh Kgs. of Black Tea.

Accordingly, an Agreement was signed and executed by us today i.e. on 12th March, 2021 to sale the said Tea Estate as a going concern on and from 5th April, 2021.

The sale of the said Tea Estate shall not have any significant impact on the profitability of the Company.

Shares of ROSSELL INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.115 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 109.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7145 in over 274 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.7 and intraday low of 107.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 804489.
