Renaissance Global Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 4.5

The Board of directors of Renaissance Global Ltd has declared an interim dividend @ 45% (i.e. Rs. 4.5 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Board of Directors at its meeting has fixed, Tuesday, March 23, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for closure of Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company to ascertain the entitlement of interim dividend on Equity Share Capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21. The Board Meeting was commenced at 5.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.15 p.m.
